On Friday (5 days ago), I paid $566 (tax inc), for both rear wheel bearings and hub assemblies for 2015 nissan sentra. Told that parts would be delivered and installed on Saturday, never received a call. Called on Monday, told wrong parts were received, and the correct parts should be received by Wednesday 11:30PM, at which time I can have it installed. At 11:15PM on Wednesday, today, i texted and told that part was in hand, even shared pics. When I went to install it, at 11:30, I was told that it was the wrong part, and I needed to pay an additional $90 per wheel, so $180 extra! As a business owner, if I made such a mistake, after giving a quote and the customer paid, I would eat that mistake, its my fault and my loss. But no, not Roscar, they told me that if I did not use them, I would still be charged a $175 labor fee. I would not recommend this company. So today, Wednesday, I was there for 3.5 hrs, and had to pay $95 (w/ tax inc) on top of what I was originally charged, FOR THEIR MISTAKE!
